Israelites - Jamaican Celebration

Jamaican Celebration is a combination of tracks from the bands first release "Washaway" (which is now out of print) Along with 6 new tracks which were recorded in 2002.

On this release the band gives tribute to the founders of Ska, "The Skatalites" by fusing several of their songs together in a quite lengthy medly called, "Jamaican Celebration" they also do a cover version of "Honor your mother and father" by Desmond Dekker with Richs' wife Jackie singing the lead vocals. Sounds like: Prince Buster, Skatalites.
